Our opening is for Tuesdays and Thursdays (8:30 to 5:00, if possible). We would want the candidate to double as our receptionist on those days as well. The Delta Democrat Times seeks an experienced Accent Editor/designer with layout, reporting and writing skills.

The Accent editor is responsible for layout on a daily basis. The position will require weekly editing and layout of the Sunday Accent section as well as the news section on a rotating basis. The DDT, published Monday through Friday afternoons and Sunday morning, also produces special editions and a quarterly magazine, Delta Focus. The Accent editor will contribute to each of our publications. The Accent editor is required to work at least two weekends per month.
